### *class* coreai_opt.config.spec.CompressionComponentFactoryBase

Abstract base class for compression component factories.

This factory provides a generic interface for creating compression
components from CompressionSpec instances. Different compression
techniques (quantization, palettization, etc.) should extend this
base class to provide their specific implementations.
