Type Parameters:

Key - Key for the group. If this is of type GroupedPublisher.QueueSizeProvider new keys will use the value provided by GroupedPublisher.QueueSizeProvider.calculateMaxQueueSize(int) to determine the maximum queue size for this group.

T - Items emitted by this Publisher.
